“AIM” VOLUNTEERS “CLEANING DAY” AT KENTUCKY HORSE PARK

AIM Volunteers will head for the Horse Park on Saturday, September 18th for a day of Cleaning Seats, Pulling Weeds, etc. We don’t know yet if we will get to clean the Horse Barns, too ! Many Volunteers are experts in that after July !

PLEASE JOIN US IF YOU CAN. We will meet at the AIM Office at Cane Run Church, 4326 Iron Works Pike, Lexington 40511 at 09:30 am. We will be at the Horse Park by 10:00. Volunteers will receive Work Assignments and a Parking Pass. PLEASE bring GLOVES, a BUCKET, CLEANING RAGS and, if possible, a PAIR OF SCISSORS ! We suggest also bringing a Box Lunch.

So far two AIM Work Groups have volunteered at the Park. One in April and one in July. It has been very helpful to the Horse Park – and a good opportunity for our Volunteers to serve.

Many of the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games Venues will already be set up and it will be an exciting day to work at the Park. Please invite as many friends as you can to join us – there are plenty of seats to clean !!
